My goal for Wt Mt Velo this year is to increase membership of young riders 15-20 years old.

Of course all ages are welcome on our rides but I've been told young riders may not want to join all us "old timers" on Thursdays nights. So we are going to try to have a regular Monday afternoon/evening road ride once School is out. Time to be determined based on rider input.

I envision these rides as being fairly "brisk" comparable at least to the Thursday "B" rides and maybe even "A" pace/routes as the season progresses. This means riders should be comfortable in a "paceline" and at a 14-18 mph average pace . Begining riders should join the "C" group on Thursdays or contact me and I will help find someone to ride with .

Into aerobic sports but don't have a road bike? The club has arranged with Littleton Bike & Fitness for complimentary bikes for new riders to "try it before you buy it".
